Design a lifestyle/fashion website replete with product and lifestyle photography and that purveys the brand’s message: this is a watch designer’s love affair with his art, accordingly, these watches have been designed meticulously, with much care and love. And of course, the site must get the consumer to the checkout page in as fewclicks as possible.

Researching the brand “culture” behind like-brands helped me understand how/why they were marketing themselves.I was able to define a common thread throughout these brands, vibrancy and “soft edges” seemed prevalent as did bold colors and the unafraid nature of their use of black space.
BU is proud to be a brand for everyone which is why they tout their appeal to all body shapes and sizes, the language I used in the brand DNA spoke freely of this key feature to the fashion brand. The logo is designed to be appealing across-gender not too feminine nor too masculine but crucially, needed to stand out proudly which follows the brand philosophy. As the brand took shape, collateral elements were created in one coherent, consistent vein supported by the brand guidelines.
